Quantico, VA Junior Financial Analyst.The position of Junior Financial Analyst will be primarily tasked with all the administrative planning and execution of travel required for a small program office. Provide support for Server and/or Application Migration, End-User Migration, Integration Design including Design Reviews, Quality Control Inspection and Test support. Provide technical input for the IT and A/V Infrastructure Integration effort to assist DHS Component agencies with the virtualization of servers and migration of applications to a virtualized environment. Principle Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions): Duties include the independent validation and verification for the virtualization and migration of servers, end-users and/or applications and integration of infrastructure from several area locations onto a centralized campus infrastructure. System Safety Analyst (Senior and Mid Levels).The candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the Safety Team of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protection (MRAP) Joint Program Office. This is an ACAT 1D program currently producing, fielding, upgrading, and sustaining life-saving vehicles for Warfighters and is recognized as the highest priority Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program, requiring motivated, competent and agile individuals. Selected candidate will perform a range of combat vehicle / automotive safety analysis and hazard assessments, to include program level environmental effects of fielding MRAP vehicles; develop safety documentation and presentation materials and conduct safety evaluations and investigations. Will also review and provide safety comments relative to the adequacy of system safety program documentation produced by the manufacturer, such as the Safety Program Plan, Preliminary Hazards Analysis, System Hazards Analysis, Sub-system Hazards Analysis and the Operating and Support Hazards Analysis. Will Support test activities, design reviews, and may support or conduct independent safety studies. Conduct hazard analysis in accordance with MIL-STD-882. Will also interact with customers and Project Leads to prioritize and accomplish multiple safety related tasks. Must have a secret security clearance or able to attain one. For Sr. System Safety Analyst, Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience is required. For Mid level Safety Analyst, Bachelor's Degree and at least 3-years related experience is required. With Associates degree, at least 9 years of related experience is required. With HS Diploma, at least 13 years of experience is required. Military Land-based vehicle experience or System Safety Engineering experience is required. Lead IT Systems Support Subject Matter Expert (SME).The candidate will Provide IT and product lifecycle management support to PM, C4 Systems, PG09, Operational Forces Systems, Marine Corps Systems Command. PG09 provides program management to systems and programs in the sustainment phase of their lifecycle. Provide direct transition and sustainment support to the PG09 Project Officers in the performance of their daily work. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for this position include: Knowledge of DoD mainframe systems, DoD programs and databases such as DADMS, DITPR-DON, TOPIC, Xacta etc. Strong Technology Systems Analysis, organizational, analytical, written, verbal communication skills, and people skills. Must be skilled and comfortable interacting with personnel at all levels within the organization. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, work under tight deadlines and handle pressure situations. Acquisition Program Analyst (Senior, Mid and Entry Levels).The candidate will provide acquisition support to Leaders and project officers in the execution of the DoD acquisition process. Provide expertise/develop required DoD 5000 acquisition documents and presentations (e.g., briefings using multi-media (net-conferencing, digital imagery and digital video)) for internal and external stakeholders to support milestone reviews for all programs. Examples of documentation required for program milestones include, but is not limited to: Acquisition Strategies/Acquisition Plans (AS/APs); Naval Probability of Program Success spreadsheets and briefings; Program Management Plans, Marine Corps Single Acquisition Management Plan (MC-SAMP) to include risk management, or equivalent separate documentation if required. Participate in meetings (including pre-program management reviews and internal PM meetings); develop meeting minutes; prepare written milestone team assessments in support of the program management review process; assist in the development and/or review of contractual documentation (i.e., SOW paragraphs, contract data requirements lists (CDRLs) etc.) in support of program teams; and assist in the review and development of appropriate responses to taskers assigned.
