Quantico, VA Junior Financial Analyst.

The position of Junior Financial Analyst will be primarily tasked with all the administrative planning and execution of travel required for a small program office. In addition to the management of travel related tasks, the Junior Financial Analyst may also be required to perform entry level activities related to program budgeting, assistance with spend plan development, procurement activities, and funds tracking.

The Junior Financial Analyst candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Familiarization with the Joint Federal Travel Regulations and Joint Travel Regulations.
• Be able to use the Defense Travel System to create travel plans and arrangements.
• Have the ability to determine per-diem rates and create travel budgets.
• Be organized and able to use common desktop applications in order to track travel funds and costs. Knowledge of spreadsheets is key.v • Be able to develop simple workflows for the management of own work within the policies and procedures of the program office.
• Ability to obtain a favorable public trust determination.

Camp Pendleton, CA Military Dog Program Liaison.

Position Overview: The candidate will support a program managing military dogs as a Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) liaison. Duties will include:
• Provide subject matter expertise concerning the support, deployment, employment and operating procedures concerning care, transport, training, and employment of military dogs.
• Evaluate, communicate and coordinate military dog program capabilities and assets in support of operational unit requirements.
• Evaluate, communicate and coordinate support for military dog program assets, to include logistics, care, transportation, and training.
• Communicate and support implementation of program manager direction and vision, to include program capabilities, support requirements, limitations, and operating procedures.
• Assist in the integration of military dog program assets into supported units.
• Coordinate and communicate with all involved agencies concerning military dog program capabilities, procedures, limitations, and plans, and assist in the implementation of program capabilities and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
• Operational experience in the employment of military dogs (MWD) required. Experience supporting military dog management, deployment and unit integration desired.
• At least 10 years Marine Corps infantry unit experience required, with final grade of E-7 or higher. At least one combat tour required, involving the employment of military dogs.
• BA/BS degree desired.
• Experience coordinating the deployment and employment of Marine Corps operational units at the MEF level desired.

Additional Qualifications:
• Able to effectively use MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communications capability, both verbal and written, required. Must be able to work with senior military personnel in the coordination of support, deployment and employment of IDDs.

Minimum Clearance Required: Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Washington, D.C. Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) Services Subject Matter Expert (SME)

The candidate will provide subject matter expertise, in the areas of System Engineering, and Virtual Desktop Environments, to support the Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) services provided on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) HQ Consolidation Technology Integration Program (TIP). Provide support for Server and/or Application Migration, End-User Migration, Integration Design including Design Reviews, Quality Control Inspection and Test support. Provide technical input for the IT and A/V Infrastructure Integration effort to assist DHS Component agencies with the virtualization of servers and migration of applications to a virtualized environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

Duties include the independent validation and verification for the virtualization and migration of servers, end-users and/or applications and integration of infrastructure from several area locations onto a centralized campus infrastructure. Specific tasks will include:
• Successfully communicating with diverse project stakeholders regarding IV&V requirements and status.
• Reviewing and analyzing program requirements and plans to confirm completeness, accuracy, and consistency throughout the program lifecycle.
• Reviewing and reporting on project performance of contracted requirements in terms of schedule, cost, and deliverables. This includes defining and monitoring against specific performance metrics.
• Providing advisory assistance to the government on contracting (including performance based contracting) to help improve overall program performance.
• Verification of proper system installation.
• Validation of connectivity after installation.
• Validation of system and storage configuration, vis-à-vis approved Engineering and Implementation Plans.
• Verification that virtual system resources are not overcommitted.
• Functionality testing of servers and applications following migration, in concert with system/application owners.
• Oversight of Systems Acceptance Testing for turnover to Operations and Support organization

Required Attributes:
• Experience with configuring/managing virtualized environments.
• B.S. Degree in information systems management, business administration, technology management, or related disciplines or equivalent experience.
• Experience in working on large federal IV&V project.
• Self-directed and detail oriented.
• Proficient in use of MKS “Integrity”, MS Project, SharePoint and Excel, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write and edit a variety of general business correspondence, management reports, technical presentations, proposals and position papers

Quantico, VA. System Safety Analyst (Senior and Mid Levels).

The candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the Safety Team of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protection (MRAP) Joint Program Office. This is an ACAT 1D program currently producing, fielding, upgrading, and sustaining life-saving vehicles for Warfighters and is recognized as the highest priority Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program, requiring motivated, competent and agile individuals. Selected candidate will perform a range of combat vehicle / automotive safety analysis and hazard assessments, to include program level environmental effects of fielding MRAP vehicles; develop safety documentation and presentation materials and conduct safety evaluations and investigations. Will also review and provide safety comments relative to the adequacy of system safety program documentation produced by the manufacturer, such as the Safety Program Plan, Preliminary Hazards Analysis, System Hazards Analysis, Sub-system Hazards Analysis and the Operating and Support Hazards Analysis. Will Support test activities, design reviews, and may support or conduct independent safety studies. Conduct hazard analysis in accordance with MIL-STD-882. Will also interact with customers and Project Leads to prioritize and accomplish multiple safety related tasks. Must have a secret security clearance or able to attain one. For Sr. System Safety Analyst, Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience is required. For Mid level Safety Analyst, Bachelor's Degree and at least 3-years related experience is required. With Associates degree, at least 9 years of related experience is required. With HS Diploma, at least 13 years of experience is required. Military Land-based vehicle experience or System Safety Engineering experience is required. DoD program experience and knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) as it applies to proposed actions of Military Services is highly desired. Excellent written, verbal communications and analytical skills are critical. Must possess a working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs (Microsoft Office).

Albany, GA. Lead IT Systems Support Subject Matter Expert (SME).

The candidate will Provide IT and product lifecycle management support to PM, C4 Systems, PG09, Operational Forces Systems, Marine Corps Systems Command. PG09 provides program management to systems and programs in the sustainment phase of their lifecycle. Provide direct transition and sustainment support to the PG09 Project Officers in the performance of their daily work. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for this position include: Knowledge of DoD mainframe systems, DoD programs and databases such as DADMS, DITPR-DON, TOPIC, Xacta etc. Strong Technology Systems Analysis, organizational, analytical, written, verbal communication skills, and people skills. Must be skilled and comfortable interacting with personnel at all levels within the organization. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, work under tight deadlines and handle pressure situations. Quantico, VA. Acquisition Program Analyst (Senior, Mid and Entry Levels).

The candidate will provide acquisition support to Leaders and project officers in the execution of the DoD acquisition process. Provide expertise/develop required DoD 5000 acquisition documents and presentations (e.g., briefings using multi-media (net-conferencing, digital imagery and digital video)) for internal and external stakeholders to support milestone reviews for all programs. Examples of documentation required for program milestones include, but is not limited to: Acquisition Strategies/Acquisition Plans (AS/AP’s); Naval Probability of Program Success spreadsheets and briefings; Program Management Plans, Marine Corps Single Acquisition Management Plan (MC-SAMP) to include risk management, or equivalent separate documentation if required. The candidate will provide expert and seasoned advice on all matter of issues relating to Information Assurance. Analyze IA issues and problems and provide detailed plans and recommendations; implement plans and approved courses of action. The candidate will serve as the Financial Analyst for PG09, USMC. The Financial Analyst must have deep financial experience and be able to be flexible. Candidate should have PG09 experience. Candidate must be responsive to all Clients and Interfaces. Experience with SABRES and DTS is desired. Experience with PPBE is also a good skill to possess. A degree in Accounting is an additional asset.
